What it costs
- Claiming: free. Set up your slips, prices and map at no cost.
- Membership: $1.50 per boat space a month, $49.00 minimum. It starts only when you go live. Parking, storage and event spaces are free.
- Booking fee: 10% of the rent of each new booking made through DockPact (at most the first 12 months), taken from the boater's first payment. Renewals by the same boater are free.
- Card payments: through your own Stripe account, at Stripe's usual rates. The money goes straight to you.
How it works
- Claim your listing or add your marina, with one document that shows the business (a utility bill, EIN letter or license).
- We check it, usually within one business day, and email your sign-in.
- Set up your slips, prices and slip map, and connect Stripe so boaters can pay you.
- Go live. Boaters book open dates at once and pay by card; you see every booking in your calendar.
